Services & pricing
I offer a 5% discount for block bookings of five sessions and 10% for ten sessions. These are bookable once an initial assessment session has been carried out.
Discounts of 10% are also available when more than one animal at your home or yard are treated on the same day.

These sessions are suitable for new clients. A veterinary consent form must be signed prior to treatment (if applicable).
A larger proportion of your first session may be dedicated to assessment, so I can get a thorough picture of your animal’s baseline status. This will also include discussion of their history, your own circumstances and establishment of goals for the case.
Physiotherapy treatments will be carried out in the remaining session time.
The cost of your first session accounts for onboarding admin, including case history review, initial report writing, and the development of your home plan.

I offer additional canine gait analysis using Ekico Tendiboots™. The system can offer valuable objective data for assessing baseline gait characteristics in rehabilitation cases. Add-on analysis within your session is charged at £25.
These sessions are suitable for new clients. A veterinary consent form must be signed prior to treatment (if applicable).
Session-duration will depend on your dog. Some may take longer to settle into assessment or get accustomed to the boots. Others may find a longer session more of a challenge and keeping it shorter will be better to keep it a positive experience.
Following a standard assessment and Ekico™ analysis, treatments will be carried out in the remaining session time.
Re-assessment throughout your dog’s programme can support my standard assessment methods and allow us to monitor progress more rigorously.
Unfortunately, if your dog struggles to walk on-lead without pulling they will not be a good candidate for analysis: this alters their weight distribution and gait, yielding misleading data.
*Ekico Tendiboots™ can be used on dogs over 7kg. If your dog is particularly sensitive to handling of their legs or paws please let me know when booking.

Equine follow-ups are suitable for existing clients. If I have not seen your horse for a while I may require an up-to-date veterinary consent form.
Sessions will begin with a short discussion regarding your horse’s progress, this is also an opportunity for you to raise any concerns about how they are coping, or ask questions.
I’ll re-assess to monitor any changes - positive or negative - and carry out relevant therapies.
I may adapt your home plan based on discussion and re-assessment.
*I will block out 90 minutes for your session, however these are patient led, meaning if your horse starts losing engagement it may be appropriate to bring treatments to a close early.

*Canine follow-up sessions are slightly shorter than equine follow-ups given dogs’ smaller size. I will block out 75 minutes for your session, however these are also patient led, meaning if your dog starts losing engagement it may be appropriate to bring treatments to a close early.

Stand-alone photobiomodulation (PBMT) - also known as LASER - is suitable for existing clients and may only be booked once your animal has had their initial assessment session.
For improved outcomes PBMT is typically advised in conjunction with other treatments as part of a multimodal plan - as opposed to alone - therefore stand-alone PBMT is unlikely to be an approach I suggest.
In some cases, however, such as when additional PBMT between full sessions may be beneficial, to aid the healing of chronic wounds, or during early neurological rehabilitation, this may be an option to consider. I am happy to discuss this with you.

Gait analysis using Ekico Tendiboots™ can be booked as a stand-alone. These sessions are suitable for new and existing clients.
Sessions include discussion of your dog’s history, a brief standard assessment, and recording of Ekico Tendiboots™ data.
I will be required to refer your dog to their vet if I identify any areas of concern.
After the session I’ll provide a summary of key findings, and - if relevant / appropriate - general guidance on addressing any asymmetries identified.
*Ekico Tendiboots™ can be used on dogs over 7kg. If your dog is particularly sensitive to handling of their legs or paws please let me know when booking.
*Pricing is subject to periodic review. In general I absorb travel costs within my fee, however in some cases this may not be feasible, and a fee may need to be added to cover them: further information can be found in my T&Cs. We’ll discuss this at the time of booking.
